Estimates and inspections

Free estimates and roof inspections are provided at our discretion within our service areas. Pricing shared before an on-site inspection is preliminary. Final pricing, scope of work, materials and timelines are defined only in a signed written agreement.

Insurance claims

We assist homeowners with documenting storm and hail damage for insurance claims. We are not an insurance company or a public adjuster, and we cannot guarantee the outcome of any claim.

Communications

When you submit a form or call us, you consent to be contacted by phone, text or email about your request. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP or contacting us at sales@roofsmithconstruction.com.

Warranties

Workmanship and manufacturer warranties are described in your project agreement. Warranties may be voided by unauthorized modifications, neglected maintenance, or damage from events outside normal wear.
